Following statements are not Correct.

A. Employers may never be held liable for the torts of their employees under any circumstances.

C. An infant may be held for her intentional torts,so long as,based on her age and knowledge,the infant had sufficient intelligence to form the required intent.

Because in Case A - If any employee use his personal vehicle for a official / business purpose and he is really on the job and an accident occurs, than the employer is liable for the damages caused due to accident.

Case C - An infant can not be liable for her/his intentional torts, as the age of infant is just One year. but as per law if child is eighteen years and above can be held for intentional torts.
