With a substrate concentration of 2.0 mol/L, 12 runs were made, yielding an average rate of 8.8 μmol/L/hr with a standard deviation of 1.2. a.) Is there any reason to believe that this increase in substrate concentration causes an increase in the mean reaction rate at the 1.0% significance level? b.) Is there reason to believe there is an increase of more than 0.3 μmol/L/hr at the 1.0% level? Or at the 5% level?
