Solubility in water depends on the nature of the compound.

Lithium acetate and ferric Acetate, being strong electrolyte and ionic nature, dissociate completely in their ions in water. therefore, these two molecules are water soluble.

Sulphuric acid due to strong acid, dissociates into ions. hence, it will be water soluble.

Phosphorus trichloride, due to polar nature dissolves in polar solvent like water to form Phosphorus acid. the basic principle of solubility, like dissolves like, applies here.

copper carbonate being a covalent compound is insoluble in water.
