A train is moving with an acceleration of 0 m/s2 and a velocity of 60 km/hr. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible. If the train is running at a constant speed the acceleration of the train will be zero.

According to Newton's second law, the sum of the forces on an object is equal to the mass of the object multiplied by its acceleration. If the sum of all the forces on the train = 0, the net force = 0 and hence the acceleration is zero.

For a finite velocity, acceleration can be any value (0 or non-zero).

Velocity is the rate at which an object's position is changing with time. Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity, for a constant velocity, the acceleration is zero.
