The different ways in which the company leads and motivates its employees:

  • The company has a dedicated buddy program in which a new employee is given a buddy from senior management positions. The senior employee motivates and guides the new employee to get assimilated in the culture and value system of the company quite easily. The senior employee guides him about he ways in which the new employee can perform well in his role. Also the senior employee handles the issues faced by the new employee in the company.
  • Regular one to one sessions are conducted between the managers and employees so that the performance status of the employees can be discussed and the roadblocks to the performance can be identified and solved.

The different ways in which the company controls the different processes of the company:

  • Random audits are conducted by the compliance and audit teams. These audits are done to check the compliance adherence of the company in different processes and procedures.
  • The company conducts an annual performance appraisal process and a monthly balance scorecard evaluation. Performance appraisal process evaluates the performance of the employee in a financial year and give him a performance rating accordingly. Bonus and benefits are associated with the performance ratings and hence helps the company to control the performance of the company. The monthly balanced scorecard evaluation is done to check the performance of a department and evaluate if the strategic goals of the company are met or not.
