The annual proxy statement (the “DEF 14A” filing) submitted to the SEC on March 20, 2015, for Yum Brands, Inc., which owns Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell restaurants.

According to the Summary Compensation Table within the annual proxy statement provided the Chairman and Chief Executive officers's total compensation for 2014 are given below--

David C. Novak- Chairman & CEO's components of Total compensation---

Salary-$1450000 . Stock Awards- $1925037.Option/SAR Awards-$5228142. Nonequity incentive Plan Compensation -$512,720. Change in Pension Value and Non Qualified Deferred Compensation Earnings-$202,360. All other Compensation-$689028. Total Compensation for 2014-10,007,287.

Here other than Salary at Yum Brands, Inc., Compensations are structured on the performance base with stock awards, Option/SAR Awards, Incentives.

All other compensation includes -

Perquisites and other personal benefits - $300032. Insurance Premiums-$27108. LRP/TCN Contribution(Unfunded,Unsecured Retirement based insurance Plan)-$358150. Other benefits(home security expense, home leave expenses, personal use of Company aircraft, tax preparation assistance and relocation.)-$3738. So Here All other compensations total comes to $689028.
