To achieve that, we need customer feedback to identify variations to products and services. List and describe 6 ways that information is collected.

Solution:

1. In order to manage the work performance and analyze the performance for improvement, it is necessary that we must have a clear understanding of our goals and objectives. Along with the personal objectives, it is necessary to understand the organizational objectives and goals as well to ensure that our efforts are in line with the organization's goals and strategies.
   
   To monitor the performance we must first set ourselves small periodic goals and work towards the achievement of these small goals in order to achieve the final goals altogether. In order to do this one must have a periodic review system to review the work and make necessary changes to the work schedule and strategy depending on the analysis of the performance in the previous period. This is a great way of managing the performance review system and constantly monitor the performance and improve according to the goals and objectives.
   
   This is how we can manage and improve the performance of the tasks and jobs within the organization and ensure that our efforts are in line with organizational strategy.
   
2. Six different ways in which we can obtain feedback information from our customers are stated as follows,
   - Post-purchase reviews to get product feedback.
   - Customer survey for product usage and feedback for product usage.
   - Customer feedback e-mail with rewards associated.
   - Providing free goodies to customers for answering a few product-related questions.
   - Floating a form on the website for consumers to fill up regarding products.
   - Use of social media to gain consumer's feedback on the product.
   
   These are the six ways in which we can gather the product feedback information from our customers for product improvement and quality improvements.
