could someone please draw me a picture and explain what happens in an RC circuit regaridng the capacitor
So i know initially the uncharged capacitor has voltage 0, but how does voltage increase? like is there electrons flowing through??? like what is making that change because then i can understand the ideas behind the current slowing down in the circuit
PLEASE HELP ME EXAM TOMORROW

when an initially uncharged capacitor in an RC circuit, what happens to the potential difference across the capacitor Reading Question 27.23 When an initially uncharged capacitor is charged in an RC circuit, what happens to the potential difference across the resistor? O It is initially 0 and then increases linearly with time. O It is initially at its maximum value and then decreases linearly with time. O It is initially at its maximum value and then decreases exponentially with time....
Can someone please help me with this problem? DC RC Circuit Worksheet 1. For the RC circuit above, sketch Qc vs.t and Ve vs.t for the capacitor and the IR vs t for the resistor after the switch is closed. Do not worry about the time constant Qc
Please explain why teh answer is B In an RC circuit, what fraction of the final energy is stored in an initially uncharged capacitor after it has been charging for 3.0 time constants? a. 0.84 b. 0.90 c. 0.75 d. 0.60 e. 0.03
Could someone please help me answe the last three that I got wrong? Use the worked example above to help you solve this problem. An uncharged capacitor and a resistor are connected in series to a battery, as shown in the figure above. If in = 14.0 V, C = 5.30 muF, and R = 7.90 x 105 ohm, find the following: (a) the time constant of the circuit s
Hi! Can someone please help me answer this question set? Please do not reply unless you will answer all the parts! Please show all your work as welll because I do not understand it and have a hard time approaching this question so I need help! C = 5.9 μF, ε = 28 V, and emf has negligible resistance. Initially 3. In the shown circuit the capacitor is uncharged and the switch S is in position 1. The switch is...
5. [RC Circuits] Consider the circuit shown in Figure 5 attached. As shown, the switch is in position "A" for t < 0, and the circuit has been at rest for a long time. At time t = 0, the switch opens and the capacitor starts to drain across the resistor. (a) When the switch is closed and there is only a direct current (DC) source, the capacitor acts like an open circuit. Find the constant voltage across the capacitor...
I have a question in regards to the picture posted below. Could someone please assist me with this question? Question 5 3 pts A laser is emitting photons with a wavelength of 7011 nm. What is the energy for 1 mole of these photons? For Planck's constant, use a value of 6.626x10-34 J s.
could someone please explain the whole frequency concept here and how they got it? The graph shows the voltage across and the current through a single circuit element connected to an ac generator. Identify the circuit element The element is a 25-ohm resistor. The element is a 35-ohm resistor. The element is a 0.45-H inductor. The element is a 360-mu F capacitor. The element is a 510-mu F capacitor.
May someone please help me with this question? Please write neatly so I can understand what you are doing. Design an amplifier with a voltage gain of 3500 and the amplifier output resistance has to be approximately 100 ohm. The amplifier should reject common-mode noise. Describe in detail your amplifier circuit design. What are the voltage gains of the individual stages?
