due to many different changes and many bias website I'm looking to know  the current position of the Federal Reserve Chairman Powell pertain ing to Interest rates and the state of the economy?

1. The Federal Reserve chairman, Jerome H. Powell, decided to cut the rates of interest in order to send the stock higher. This is done because the stock index of S&P 500 rose above 3000 for the first time.

2. The other reason justifying this is raging President Trump's trade war to the Unites States and also the global slow down of economies. But President Trump is not satisfied about the decision as he felt that the decision of Mr. Powell could lead US economy into more chaotic situation.

3. But the chairman replied that he will not take any back-step due to political pressure and whatever he is doing is under the sole benefit of the economy and its expansion. He also suggested that the rate would be cut when the economy is strong and when the job market gains and according to me it's obviously a good decision.
