Inorder to ensure a safe workplace __ the consultation should occur right from the word go, so that everything works in tandem.

The consultation regarding the safe workplace should occur immediately when there are any symptoms regarding the occurance of hazards and risks in the workplace inorder to avoid the mishap.

Once, the seriousness of these hazards and risks is allocated then various remedial alternatives of should be evaluated and accordingly decisions about the elimination and minimisation of these hazards and risks should be taken promptly.

Simultaneously the decisions related to the adequacy of facilities and welfare of the workers should be taken effectively. Therefore, the right changes should be proposed regarding the things that you fine are affecting the health of your workplace.

Thus, a series of effective decisions should be taken in compliance with your workers regarding the health and safety procedures that needed to be followed in order to ensure and enhance the continuous nature of safe workplace.

Since, consultation is a prerequisite for ensuring a safer workplace and avoiding safety risks.
