Many people believe that sexual harassment is only by opposite sex. Sometimes employers or managers of same sex indulge in these activities and as per law they are equally punishable under title VII of civil rights act. Also the person who indulges in harassment need not be of top management . This misconception leads to people many times not believing the victim when they accuse people of same sex.
