This is an unethical practice adopted by Nike due to following reasons :

a. Employing the child labor is against the law while it is an highly unethical conduct as it would be morally as well as ethically unacceptable, it also harms the health and mental balance of child labors.

b. While operating unethically with sweat shops is not acceptable as here working conditions are not met as defined by the legal standards, while the company try to take advantage of people as they do not have other option hence company try to exploit them for the profit.
