7. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts based upon their potential resources and capabilities of each company, the company which is better able to improve itself in relation to the key success factors in future is Starbucks in the following ways:

  1. I feel Starbucks being the global competitive brand has leveraged itself into the position of providing the best product and service experience in maintaining thier quality and assistance to the customers.
  2. It has gained the technology advancement and overcomes thier weakness and gives a better experience to the customers.
  3. It adopts the analyzer and differentiation strategy which is less risky, stable markets and by providing the unique and efficiency in delivering the great customer service that of its competitors.  

8. As per the above improvements and strategy adopted by Starbucks, I feel overall it is not only a competitive brand but it is globally ranked competitive brand in offering it product and service to various customers at large and giving the best experience with coffee and memories & outperforms thier competitors like Dunkin donuts in many ways.
