According to a study, 1 in every 8 chickens has been a victim of being caged at some point in their lifetime. Suppose we have randomly and independently sampled twenty-five chickens and asked each whether they were a victim of being caged at some point in their life. Find the probability that at most 3 of the chicken sampled have been the victim of caging. Please show all work and explain each step.
