The chosen product is Electric Car which have various features like Affordable, run on electricity and save fuel cost, Run more than 100 miles per charge, have security features like air bags, heavy strong body of car prevent from accident impact, cameras outside the car, looks luxurious etc.

This car is based on the unmet needs of customer from maslow theory of need. This care provide safety to customer. This car also help customer to create social relationship as customer can go with their family, friends and co worker to trip. This car also meet need of customer based on esteem need because having a car which looks stunning and luxurious show social status of the person.

To trigger the customer need recognition process, we can use internal stimuli in which customer have personal experience for example he travel by bus and he rent car whenever he want to go to with famiy so having own car is a need. using external internal stimuli like using advertisement by the company.

for example we advertise a ad which uses logos appeal means logic that having a electric car will save so much money in a year. this will trigger need of customer.

we can also use emotional appeal in which we can show how customer doing travel by bus or rented care got into accident and after that family become sad and suffer so having own car will be needed.
