As a human resources coordinator of a large company, you've noticed an increase in the number of employee medical emergencies, some serious, over the past two years. Write an internal-proposal memo to your supervisor, offering plans that would [1] contribute to employees' good health and [2] help employees respond to medial emergencies. Plans for improving employees' health could include a more comprehensive medical-benefits package, on-site health screening, stress-management and nutrition counseling, and corporate memberships to fitness centers. Plans for helping employees handle medical emergencies could include on-site CPR and first-aid training. Explain the benefits of each solution you propose.

As a human resuources coordinatior , I will first try to find out the causal factor of medical issues that why employees suffer because its negatively impact on empolyees'health, productivity and status of organization.In Internal-proposal memo , i will mention first hire counselor who find out the internal state of mind which effect employees' health and output.For employees'good health, counselor arrange workshop of stress management because if stree reduce then productivity and health of empolyees' increase.After analyse the situation, counselor can plan intervention plan so that critical situation can be control.

Second, Organization can be provide on-site heath screening , it is beneficial for organization because employees can not take leave for medical issues due to which the presence of employees increase and if time to time medical check up happen then take prevention before critical situation.

Third, Introduce corporate membership to fitness center, because due to work pressure people do not consider physical activity, if fitness center available then organization should release mandatory rules to go for fitness center so that employees feel more activity and concentrate on work which improve the productivity and status of organization in market because , generally no organization provide such type of facility if they provide then employees's quality of life better in all perspectives.

Hence,For good quality of life and life- satisfaction of employees, they should physically and mentally fit.
