How can I graph this data so both species are included in same figure?

  • 1 scatterplot for log mass per plant with both species included on same figure. Include linear regression for statistics on log mass per plant.
  • 1 scatterplot for log mass per pot with both species included on same figure. No linear regression needed (expect logarithmic curve for mass per pot).

Answer #1

If you want both species included in one graph then scatter plot is best option. So you can choose scatter plot for it.

But if you want to see relationship between both of them as well as you want to see the regression analysis for both of them then you can choose scatterplot for log mass per plant with both species included on same figure. Include linear regression for statistics on log mass per plant
