Yes, I believe that a minor who establishes an account on a social networking site (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat) by accepting a "Terms of Use" contract should be allowed to disaffirm that contract because Generally, a minor, or a person who has not yet reached legal age of majority, is not legally required to carry out the terms of any contract he or she might enter.
Minors are not allowed to enter into a contract even online like social media because they are not competent because of their age being under 18. The minor retains the right of disaffirmance of the contract. Only the minor retains this right; the other party remains bound by the contract.
if the minor, by accepting the contract, affirmatively represented himself/herself to be older than 18 years old then my answer will be NO this would not matter because Law will only saw that Minor is not competent or of legal age also his acceptance of entering into a contract is void even he or she affirmatively represented themselves older than 18 years old while in reality they are under age.
