Answer= A tort was committed by the employee as he was working with the mechanical lift that requires teamwork and helps from the other employees in order to prevent any harm to the other. This is a clear violation of the duty of care ha directs that every one of u must ensure the basic procedures so that any harm can be prevented to the others.

Along with the employee, it is also the responsibility of the organization to ensure that every activity which is being carried out in the organization must fulfill all the basic requirements to prevent any damage and harm to other individuals and their assets.
