The Major Difference Between the Manufacturing and the Merchandisers .Manufactures produce the Goods wheres as the Merchandisers Purchse the goods for the resale , not involves in Manufacturing the Product . So it Doesn't Included Direct labor, Direct Material and Cost of Goods Manufactured in Income Statement.
