   adv: less overhead for the boss.
   disadv: limited size files can only be shared.

2) Boss can use a external drive such as USB to share data
   adv: file size can be large.
   disadv: time consuming.

3) Boss can use Windows network sharing and make those files public to provide access to coworkers
   adv: less time consuming.
