Dear Randall,
Greetings on festive seasons..! (Starting with a positive note on festive season)
This time committee has recommended Christmas Hams over Christmas bonuses. To this, I would like to express my dissatisfaction over the choice of the committee. (Set the context or background for the mail)
Committee before finalizing the things, should have listen to what Employee needs rather superimposing their choice on the populations, this time and in future as well.
I did commit something to someone in this festive season and so do others. (Message body: what you want to communicate and consequence at different level)
I would strongly recommend to the committee, if provision can be made in agreement with 'M/s Wal-mart' to get us the things of our choice of equivalent value. (Note down possible solutions over here)
Expecting a favourable resolution on this.(express your trust on the person)
Thanks and regards
Mona
