There is no doubt in the fact that travel time and maintenance stock can directly and indirectly impact the productivity. The lesser the travel time the better is the productivity, for example if we take 9 hours as a total working hours in a day then if lesser travel time is there then it directly means that more time for output creation as travel tie is nothing but a waste as nothing productive can be done, to conclude as far as travel time is concerned then it can be directly inferred that travel time should be less of more productive output. Also, if we talk about maintenance stock then lets suppose if any item is finished then if stock is there then replenishment becomes quick and easy and the work is not stopped and hence having a buffer stock can be really productive
