When we don’t use conventional medical treatments and instead focus on other means of treatment, then we go for alternative therapy. The reason for people using alternative therapy is because they don’t trust the conventional medical science and believe in power of belief and unscientific methods. Like for example, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, massage, etc. Like aromatherapy uses essential oils for healing and deals with various types of oil to relax and heal people. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to change your behavior and pattern so that you can become more self-aware and heal yourself. Traditional Chinese medicine aims to balance body energy system and deals with massage, acupuncture and herbal medication. Homeopathy use very diluted natural substance to treat physical and mental health problems. Massage uses different approach and vary from different part of the world and uses power of touch and oils to heal a person.
