Barriers to adopting the system of profound knowledge :-

The theory of profound knowledge has four parts includes - 1) Appreciation for a system 2) Knowledge about variation 3) Theory of knowledge and 4) Knowledge of psychology. So there are some barriers to adopting the system of profound knowledge which are -

a) There is a lack of consistency of purpose among the quality team.

b) Organization thinks of short term profits instead of thinking about long term. They neglect long term planning.

c) Lack of knowledge of the managers makes the system down.

d) Managers unable to evaluate the employees based on ranking.

e) Managers don't rank employees as it may degrade their value as per their beliefs.

f) Managers tends to see examples rather than developing solutions for the existing problems.
