Western and Eastern Culture :

Western culture known equivalent to a "Christian culture". Its notion has been connected with the concept of "Christendom and Christianity". In Western culture majorities are of European descent and have roots in Greco-Roman culture from classical antiquity.

Eastern world are mean to have broadly various cultures,social structures and philosophical systems. Eastern countries have high importance for philosophy,art,literature,and their traditions.Buddhism and Hindu Yoga are responsible for this.Eastern culture creates many themes and tradition which include,

1. Far Eastern religions includes,

• Eastern Buddhism where Mahayana is its branch and is from India.
• Taoism or Daoism which mainly focus on how to live life.
• Confucianism is the belief of teachable human being that improve and perfect the personal and communal life.
• Shinto is the Japanese animism.They have many rituals and customs and some are done everyday.

2. Indian religion includes,

• Jainism who are from India and teaches that "all universal events are random, independent,fixed of previous events"
• Buddhism is the path of liberation which mainly focus on how to be happy in life
• Hinduism is an Indian religion and the oldest religion in the world which shows a way of life
• Sikhism,their marital qualities are kept spiritual and their people are known to be perceiving a very strong and dynamic personality.Their religion are developed in the warring plains of Punjab during the clash between Hinduism and Islam

3. Middle East includes,

Islam, Judaism,Christianity and Zoroastrianism

Family Relationship :

After World War II, per capita income quality of life of the average citizen in western countries has improved. The majority of people are assured that they can obtain basic necessary elements for their survival and they can feed their families in a comfortable manner.In western countries, birthrates are below the level of population replacement as the Marital stability and size of birthrate are the most common indicators of Family health.

There is high divorce rate in Western countries and domestic abuses are the main reason for this. People of the West are open minded and believe that if the relation is abusive then it should meet the end. Their society is very progressive and most of the woman can freely apply for divorces as they can live independently and have more legal and professional benefits.

In Eastern countries there is high divorce rate as the societies are not open minded and don't believe in breaking the relationship even though they face marital abuses as for them its against their religion and society.Marriages are often carries the burden of duty and obligation in Eastern countries.

Impact of religion/beliefs and value of tradition

In Eastern countries people are more religious and have string beliefs in god along with their traditions than the Western countries. Western people are very fasionable, open minded and very sensitive in nature. Both Eastern and Western countries people follow their own way for following their own traditions and have their own way to main that with their beliefs.

Business behavior/etiquette, bribery, gender differences, sexual orientations

Western countries have strong business behavior and they are improving rapidly,they have strong etiquette and Western countries are following them step by step.They build their business relationship from past so many years.

Bribes in West are less than East as ,Western countries are very developed than Eastern countries and corruption mainly happens due to minor development.

Gender differences are more crucial in Eastern side than Western as people from East are dependent on each other mainly woman's are dependent on their families. Western people believe in living independent life and their woman's are not dependent on their family. They face less sexual orientation compared to Eastern people or Eastern countries.
