1. In the United States, around 17% of the GDP is spent on healthcare whereas this percentage/ amount is less in the context of other countries which may range from 1% to 12% for most of them.
2. Access to safe drinking water, sanitation and nutrition is far better in the United States than most of the countries. These countries are in fact struggling to get the least proper share/ portion of the drinking water, sanitation and nutrition.
3. The awareness, willingness and sense regarding healthcare services among citizens and the democratic parties in power/ governments/ opposing parties are higher in U.S. as compared to most of the countries wherein there's a fine expenditure on advertising educating citizens to wash hands after they come out of toilet and before having lunch/ dinner.
4. U.S. spends around 8500 $ per person annually. India, for example, spends 40 $ per person annually.
5. 11% of the American pay from their own pocket for heath care services. Pocket expenditure for majority of the countries on this planet ranges from 43% to 76%.
6. In case of developing and underdeveloped countries, insurance card is not to be produced for health services. The scenes are contradictory in the United States.
7. Public heath facilities in the majority of countries are lagging behind that of the United states.
8. Health care in U.S. is mostly information technology based. Health care in other countries, specifically, developing and underdeveloped, is with the human touch and very less use of ICT or technology.
