1) Pepper helped a woman to reduce her tremor when she brought a glass to her lips by consciously approaching the glass from behind rather than automatically from the side , as she normally does.

This helped in triggering brain growth factors and using different part of brain to control an action which was normally controlled by unconscious.

2)Oliver sachs states states that the main problem in Parkinson's disease was not being able to move muscles with the example of viral epidemic in 1920s(U.S.) known as encephalitis lethargica which develops postencephalitic parkinsonism.

3)The rats that were able to run on a running wheel had enhancement of hippocampal neurogenesis and neurotransmission was more in those rats with comparison to rats living in enriched environments.
