Atoms and Molecules can't really be "seen" in real time. They are too small, and we don't currently have the technology to image at that scale in full motion. Accordingly, atoms and molecules tend to get classified as abstract points, and not real particles that have a distinct shape. Reflect on VSEPR (Valence shell electron-pair repulsion) theory and molecular shape; in that context, did you classify atoms and molecules as abstract or real? Do you think you have a good grasp on molecular shape now? What questions do you still have about the size and shape of molecules?

Atoms are real particles which can further classified into electrons , protons and neutrons.

Molecules are combination of two atoms or more than two atoms . Molecules have definite size and shape.

we can predict the shape of molecules with the help of VSEPR .
