P orbital has 3 subset px, py and pz hence individual atomic orbitals is 3 (number of p orbital does not depend on principal quantum number)

4s = 1

5d = 5 (dxy , dxz, dyz, dx2-y2, dz2)

7s = 1

so the answer is

(3,1,5,1)
