Here we want to test that drug stays in the system for more than 365 minutes.

i.e. µ population mean time drug stays in system.

Ho(Null hypothesis) :- µ = 365 i.e. mean time drug stays in system is not greater than 365

V/s

Ha:- µ > 365  i.e. mean time drug stays in system is greater than 365
