If the HR systems of a company are oriented as per the organizational strategy they help in improving the performance related outcomes. Siemens aligned its HR systems for supporting its   corporate strategy and as a result was able to achieve the four strategic outcomes namely continuous learning, having respect for society, having respect for co workers and achieving team work at the global level. This enabled the company to diversify into high tech products and services at the global level. The competences and behaviors like continuous training, engaging the employees in various HR activities, making the employees feel as a part of the corporate identity and development of management also enabled the company to achieve this. These efforts enabled the company to develop HR policies and activities like classroom training, use of cross cultural experience and so on for supporting openness and diversity. These enabled the company to grow diversify and grow at the global level while at the same time enabling the competences and abilities required to support this growth.
