First, it is mentioned that the shop is in function for 6 years. So first the company should take a review of its management. They should analyze whether their management is doing as per the mission as well as the vision of the shop. This is necessary because the management controls the factors of the production. In order to get that the things are done the managers should work closely with employees. They should ensure that the employee’s needs are fulfilled and they should facilitate the marketing processes. They should motivate them because motivated employees are productive ones.

Further, the company should brand its name. This is called branding strategy. When the customers will be stuck on the muffler issues then the first thing which should come into the mind of the customer is the brand name of the shop. For doing this there is a need for uniqueness of the services. So the company should make a unique service experience. It may be timely services, quality service, etc.

In the next step, there should be intensive marketing. The shop should understand the market very well and they should form a strategy including the 4 P's of marketing. Furthermore, the shop has to increase and improve its service quality so that customer’s customer can repeat their purchasing with the shop. They should also consider the price.

If the shop is running from 6 six years then they should change their prices. It may possible that customers can come to shop due to lower prices.

The company should adopt promotional strategies. If there is already a promotional strategy they should be changed and looked into. They should adopt such a strategy which suits the target Market.
