The future sourcing and supply chain strategies of companies like Renault and Mark Truck shall be to ensure that they do not rely on few locations for their raw material and logistics. The company has to ensure that they have more relations with other companies for their raw material needs and logistics supply and also have strategic locations for their raw material supply and warehouse so that even one supply chain gets disrupted because of the blocked in one country or have bad terms with one supplier company. They can swiftly redirect the suppy link to their other strategic proximate locations or channel so that the end user do not suffer and enjoy continuous service or goods of the company.
