c. As for the loss of life employer has to pay even more amount that is $8,365 for women and $6,518 for men who are overweight. As the lifestyle of such people can be problematic for employers in long term due to appearance which does not fit organizational culture while representing organization outside etc.
d. Like for example when two candidate apply for similar position, one being of average weight and one overweight even though both are highly qualified, experienced etc but the organization will tend to hire candidate who is of average weight as that candidate will fit the business culture.
