According to Lechatelier's principle, any change in factor at equilibrium will shift the equilibrium in that direction where it's effect get reduced. So, on increasing volume, pressure on mixture get reduced and now equilibrium will shift towards right where more gases are present and thus pressure increases.

So, answer is b). Increasing volume of the mixture.
