PPC means pay per click . According to this model for every click on their advertisements , the advertiser will receive payment. Its main objective is to buy visits to the concerned site .One form of PPC is advertising in search engines . The search engines will have sponsersd link and the advertisers can bid for placing the advertisements.. In order for the PPC campagin to be successful you have to bid for the appropriate PPC word. If everything goes well we can earn a huge profit.
The advertisers ad rank determines the credibility for a company to be selected for the bid. Ad rank is determined by multiplying the maximum bid for the advertiser's key word by the quality score. The maximum bid is also knoun as CPC bid, where, CPC means cost per click .The quality score tells us about the relevance of the advertisement to the consumers. The quality score includes the click through rate (CTR_ the rate at which the ad is clicked) , the relevance of the keywords as well as the ad text and the quality of the landing page . The higher the ad rank the higher the position.
