Answer #1

In a town where most of the people are high school graduates and poverty rate is below the national poverty rate (11.8% in 2018), then people have a good purchasing power and higher ability to pay a higher price. So, the first impact in everyday life,  will be to pay a higher price for the goods whose price keep varying. It is applied to fruits, vegetables and general non-branded groceries. The second impact is the improvement in the average quality of life on a daily basis, because of the better health care  facilities, educated people around and in neighbors, and better amenities for the kids. It is an upgrade to that what is served when the population is not so educated or poverty rate is much higher than the national rate. The third impact is the responsiveness of the political leaders to solved problems what we face in everyday lives. It will make everyday lives to be more better, as they now better understand the issues faced and we as people can provide good donations to them or their parties. The next impact is the high alert security that will make us feel safe and secure. Though, it is applied to each part of the USA, but it becomes more coherent when people are educated and pay higher taxes to the government.
