No, the integrated outcome ( mixed neighbourhood of high income and low income households ) wont prevail. Despite the attractivesness of high income neighbourhood has increased, the high income households can always offer more for the property than low income households ( due to outbidding) . So, the low income households wont be able to compete and hence the mix will be difficult.
