=$4000[1-(1.07)^-30]/0.07
=$4000*12.40904118

=$49636.16(Approx).

Future value of annuity=Annuity[(1+rate)^time period-1]/rate

=$4000[(1.07)^30-1]/0.07

=$4000*94.46078632

=$377,843.15(Approx).
