First of all, it is very important to maje the training session more informative and fun such that trainees can develop the keen to learn and communicate with each other and also share their doubt to get it classified. For the distance learning program specially when a trainee has enrolled themselves to the distance learning program. The trainer should add all the online courses and videos into a single share point such that it would be easy for the trainees to access those materials easily.
