Given that ,

mean = = 224

standard deviation = = 37

P(219< x < 293) = P[(219-224) /37 < (x - ) / < (293-224) / 37)]

= P( -0.14< Z <1.86 )

= P(Z < 1.86) - P(Z < -0.14)

Using z table   

= 0.9686-0.4443

probability= 0.5243
