Increasing minimum wage helps the workers get comfortable living and this makes them work much hard for the company. The one advantage of this is that the company will not loose employees . When they are satisfied with their wages they work for the company and will be associated for a long time. This helps in increasing the productivity and hence the outputs increase. The one disadvantage would be the increased costs the company has to bear. No matter what the output is , the company needs to invest more int he name of wages and this might sometimes become a loss for the company .
