On Monday, February 25, 2019, the U.S. Senate voted on the aptly named “Born Alive Bill.” What are the provisions of this bill, in other words, summarize what the legislation would do if enacted. What is your response to this legislation? Is this an attempt by Republicans to unfairly restrict a woman’s right to an abortion? Do you believe this legislation is necessary or not? February 25 , 2019 U.S Senate's Born Alive Bill exist to protect the baby at any stage of development with full legal rights. Born Alive is also defined as the complete expulsion of an infant at any stage of development that has a heartbeat , pulsation of the umbilical cord , breath or voluntary muscles movement.

Born Alive infants protection act 2002 extends legal protection to an infant born alive after a failed attempts at induced abortion. It was signed by president George Washington Bush.

The Senate voted against a bill that would have put in place requirements for the care of infant's born after failed abortion. But it's part of a bigger debate about abortions very late in pregnancy .

Legislation should prepare a bill for consideration and all other Democrats present voted against the motion , enough to block consideration of the bill.

A positive response should come out that legislation must ...in general , be allowed to live legally and without fear in the U.S if they meet a list of tough requirements and rules.

Actually this is not against women's rights as it protect their rights to better care for their children , to end unhealthy relationships , and to participate more fully in employment and civic life and all aspects of our society.

The bill would require doctors to use all means available to save the life of a child born alive after an attempt abortion . No law requires that all means available be used to save the life of infant's generally and this legislation would not create such an obligation for any infant.

The vote to bring the Born Alive Survivors protection Act forward was 53-44 ... opponent's of the Sasse bill say it is not necessary to pass , even the previously passed Born Alive infants protection Act was a good mandate for every U.S citizen.
