Total cost=5000. Total fixed cost=2000. Total variable cost=3000 and average variable cost=250

Thus output=3000/250=12

Marginal cost is the addition in total cost due to an additional unit produced which cant only be calculated either by the change in total cost or total variable cost which cannot be find out in given information
