The last option " no protein so low haze problems" is incorrect.

It is true that problems like haze formation is closely related to protein solubility . Barley is a healthy protein source. Through the malting and brewing process, the storage proteins in barley are degraded by enzyme proteinases into amino acids and peptides partially which are necessary to get high quality malt and therefore high quality beer.

During malting and brewing proteins are exposed to several forces and proteins undergoes conforamtional changes.  According to these changes “haze sensitive proteins” is possible to developed.
