Hi, please help

1)Draw two molecules that could hydrogen bond with each other. Draw and indicate the H-bond and label which is the donor and acceptor.

2) Look up the structure of the subunit of hemerythrin, an oxygen binding protein from invertebrates. It has been found that in some α-helical regions of the protein, about every third or fourth amino acid residue is a hydrophobic one. Suggest a reason for this finding, based on the structure you found.

3) Which types of bonds (including both covalent and non-covalent) could likely be broken by the following sources of energy:

Heat:

ATP hydrolysis:

UV radiation:

4)  What might happen to the interactions between a positively charged protein and negatively charged DNA as we raise or lower the pH value of the solution in which they are dissolved?

Hagrid has purified a protein from unicom sweat and called UNI-1. He has then doned the Unit gone and inserted in rat zygotes (by microinjection) a recombinant construct containing the Uni-1 coding sequence its entire 5 UTR region, covering both the minimal promoter and a series of cutative regulatory als elements. The mutantrats develop glorious, luminous hair. Hagrid has also discovered that the UNI-1 protein binds very tightly to DNA and hypothesizes it is a transcription factor that regulates proliferation...

please answer all that you can 1. You have genetically engineered green fluorescent protein (GFP) containing a KDEL sequence (GFP-KDEL). When GFP-KDEL is expressed in normal human fibroblasts and examined using fluorescence microscopy, the fluorescence appears diffuse across the cytoplasm. How would you explain this observations given that KDEL is supposed to be an ER-specific sorting sequence? A. This engineered GFP would not have a hydrophobic signal sequence to get it into the RER in the first place. B. The...
