Answer #1

Trans-pacific partnership or TPP has a significant impact on urbanization by enhancing the trade relationship among the countries which have signed the agreement. The free trade among countries like Malaysia, the USA, Vietnam, Australia, Canada, and the USA opened up the opportunity to create more markets which enhanced the scope of urbanization by creating more markets.

The expansion of the trade market promoted urbanization. According to a recent survey, 54% of the world population lives in urban areas. After incorporating TPP,

• The urban population rate in Europe increased to 53- billion from 497 million,

• In Africa, the urban population rate increased to 637 million from 617 million,

• In the USA urban population increased to 137 million from 114 million.

The analysis has clearly shown that the open trade policies among Trans pacific nations have helped to grow the trade markets, which expanded the urbanization. Reasons to develop urban areas in trans-pacific countries are mentioned below:

• To enhance trade market: The urbanization impacts on expanding the trade market to promote open trade.

• To improve trade relationship: The urbanization strategy of TPP creates a global trade market, which enhances the trade relationship.

• Enhancement of the globalized approach: Urbanization promotes a globalized approach to improve trade relations among nations.
