She is worried as she has no paper qualification but she is too busy at her workplace to take up courses. She is also afraid to step out of her comfort zone and go back to study. Besides, her pay is sufficient for her to survive now.

a). Non decision occurs when the individual fails to take a definite decision due to mental conflict. The non-decision leads one to remain inactive. This inactivity is called passive approach. It is a common problem. Non-decision is a major problem and it causes great psychological pressure in the individual.  

b). Ally suffers from non-decision. She has no paper degree. She thinks that she will mot shine in future. She is also envious to others. She suffers from non-decision. She does not take any step to improve her eligibility. She remains passive to herself. her passivity causes much worries and tension in her.It is also a problem to her that she is so busy that she does not get enough time to do study.
