Among the options given, Turkey is not a Schengen country and thus gets eliminated from being the right answer.

An important collectively formed group of countries for political, economical and peace promoting purposes is called European Union. Norway is a country which has tried to be an European Union member for two times but both the times the membership didn't happen.
